Return Policy
At Fern & Fauna Boutique, we believe that outstanding customer service should be at the core of all businesses. That’s why, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. An exception applies to Christmas purchases made between November 25 and December 23; returns and exchanges will be accepted until January 31.
To return items, simply follow these five steps:
If you wish to exchange your purchase, indicate the item you want to exchange it for, along with its number and price, on a copy of the invoice. Please include your daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you, and also write the reason for the return so we can continue improving our service.- Place the original packaging in a box, including the jewelry, its box, pouch, any free gifts you may have received, etc., along with a copy of the invoice.
- Write “Exchange” or “Return” on the outside of the package, depending on your request. This will help us process your request faster.

Ship the package via the US Postal Service or a courier of your choice. Please note that Fern & Fauna Boutique is not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments during transit. Therefore, we strongly suggest using delivery confirmation to track your package status. Ensure you apply postage to the returned package. Below is an example of how your envelope should look:

Once we receive the package, your request will be processed within 1-2 business days. We will issue a credit to your original method of payment within 7-10 days of receiving the item. You will receive an email confirmation for this transaction.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, don’t worry! Fern & Fauna Boutique offers a 7-day refund policy for any damaged or defective products purchased from us, and we will cover the shipping costs! Damaged or defective products can be returned directly to us for a refund or a full credit of the original purchase price. Just email us to receive a prepaid UPS shipping label. Once you have it, please follow the shipping instructions outlined in the Return and Exchange Policy below. Remember to inform us about the damaged product(s) no later than 7 days after receiving them. * Please note Fern & Fauna Boutique is not responsible for the loss or damage of shipments during transit. If a damage occured in transit please file a claim with the shipping company.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
If your purchase qualified you for free shipping or a gift, and the returned items cause your order total to fall below the minimum amount needed to qualify for free shipping or a gift, we will charge you for the shipping and/or ask you to return the gift. If you wish to keep the gift, we will charge you the value of the gift as stated in your offer.
EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, there are some instances in which we cannot exchange items or provide refunds. Non-exchangeable or non-refundable items include:
- Engraved items
- Personalized items
- Clearance sale items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
